As you might know the Ryman Surrey Championship have asked me to chair the Cricket Committee. One of my objectives, and that of the Championship is to establish some new lines of communication, get feedback from players and look at all we do to improve ourselves and our cricketing experience.

We are, for the first time, launching a Players' Survey, and I would like to ask that all players in your League XIs and club complete this. It's just 7 questions and should take 5 mins max. The more responses we get the better the outcome for us all, and the more authority we will establish to evolve our leagues.
